The Restaurant features home made cooking just like Trent's Mother used to make. The hamburger patties are prepared on location using real ground beef. The food is fresh and no unnatural preservatives are added. We offer a complete breakfast any time of the day and can cater to vegetarians. In the evening we have a set meal usually Filipino in nature, but can do much more with advanced warning. You must remember there is no supermarket on the island, so things must be prepared in advance. We are sometimes lucky and able to get locally caught fish, but it is hit and miss. It doesn't matter if you are staying with us or you want to come over from Boracay on a day trip you are always welcome. |
